Terms and conditions for courses, private lessons and camps
These terms and conditions apply to those that have purchased courses, private lessons or camps from SNØ. Upon completing a purchase, you agree to the following;
Registration and payment
Registration for courses at SNØ is done via our website or customer service. The participant must pay the full course fee at the time of registration. A spot in the course is confirmed once the payment has been received.
The course fee includes access to the snow zone for the duration of the course/camp.
Cancellation of courses and private lessons
Cancellations and changes must be made in writing, as soon as possible and no later than 10 days before the course/private lesson begins, to kontakt@snooslo.no. If the course/private lesson is cancelled up to 10 days before the start, the course fee will be refunded, minus an administration fee of NOK 250. For cancellations less than 10 days before the course start, the course fee will not be refunded.
Upon presenting a medical certificate, you may receive a refund or change your course date. The medical certificate must be submitted no later than three days after the course has ended.
If a participant is unable to attend one or more individual days during the course period, no refund will be given and there will be no opportunity to make up for the missed days at a later time, unless a medical certificate is provided.
SNØ reserves the right to cancel courses due to insufficient registration, in which case participants will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule to a new course date.
SNØ reserves the right to change course content, instructors, or times if necessary.
Cancellation of Camp
Cancellation of the camp must be made in writing, as soon as possible and no later than 30 days before the camp start date. The course fee will then be refunded, except for an administration fee of NOK 500 per person. Cancellations made later than 30 working days before the start date are not eligible for a refund.
Cancellations after 30 days must be documented with a medical certificate within 3 days in order to request a refund. For unjustified cancellations after 30 days, full payment will be required. Emails should be sent to kontakt@snooslo.no.
SNØ reserves the right to cancel the camp up to 14 days before the start date if there are too few participants registered. In that case, participants will be offered the option to switch to another scheduled camp date, a refund, or a credit note.
Safety and responsibility
Participation in courses is at your own risk. Participants must follow the safety instructions provided by instructors and be mindful of their own skills and limitations. SNØ is not responsible for personal injuries or loss of belongings that occur during the course.
Privacy
As a customer of SNØ, you agree to SNØ collecting, storing and processing personal information for the purpose of, among others, managing the customer relationship, optimizing SNØ's offer to customers and ensuring security in the arena. Change of terms
SNØ can change the conditions at any time. In the event of significant changes, the customer must be notified of this in the last two months before the change takes effect. Notice is provided on snø.no, email or in another suitable way.
Right of withdrawal, returns and exchanges
