Terms and conditions for courses, private lessons and camps
These terms and conditions apply to those that have purchased courses, private lessons or camps from SNØ. Upon completing a purchase, you agree to the following;
Invoicing and payment
All payments are completed upon registering at snø.no. Course fee includes entrance to the snow zone during the course/camp duration.
Prices
All prices are stated in Norwegian kroner. The agreed prices are binding on both parties.
Cancellation courses
Cancellation must be done in writing, as soon as possible and no later than 14 days before the course start to kontakt@snooslo.no. If canceled up to 14 days before start, the course fee will be refunded, minus an administration fee of NOK 250.
If you cancel after this due to illness or other serious incident, you must present documentation such as a doctor's statement for full reimbursement no later than 3 days after the course start date. In the event of cancellation or no-show after the stated deadline, the right to a refund will be waived.
SNØ reserves the right to cancel the course no later than 24 hours before the course starts if there is only 1 participant enrolled in the course. We reserve the right to combine groups where possible if they are registered, or change the course to private lesson(s) 1:1 with an instructor. The number of private lessons will correspond to the price of the course. Course participants may receive an offer to move participation to a new specific course date, or be sent a value code with 12 months validity that can be used on a new course.
SNØ basically does not provide any form of compensation for missed course days where the participant is absent for undocumented reasons. On presentation of a doctor's certificate, the customer can claim a refund corresponding to the missed course day, minus an administration fee of NOK 100. It is the customer's own responsibility to report the course participant at the correct level in accordance with descriptions of the levels on snø.no. When attending the wrong course, SNØ reserves the right to refuse participation in the course, but instead propose a new course at the right level.
Cancellation/change of private lessons
If you need to do cancellations or changes to private lessons, you must send it to us by mail: kontakt@snooslo.no - as soon as possible and no later than 10 days before the private lesson begins. If canceled up to 10 days before the start of the course, the course fee will be refunded, minus an administration fee of NOK 100.
In case of cancellation after this due to illness or other serious incidents, documentation such as a doctor's certificate must be presented for a full refund minus an administration fee of NOK 100 no later than 3 days after the course start date. If you cancel too late or not show up to the private lesson, you will not receive a refund.

Cancellation camp
Cancellation must be done in writing, as soon as possible and no later than 30 days before camp start. The course fee will then be refunded with the exception of an administration fee of NOK 500 per person. Cancellations made later than 30 days before camp start do not give a right to a refund.
Cancellation after 30 days must be documented with a medical certificate within 3 days after camp start in order to claim a refund. In case of unsubstantiated cancellation after 30 days we will require full payment. Email can be sent to kontakt@snooslo.no.
SNØ reserves the right to cancel the camp no later than 14 days before the start of the camp if there are too few participants registered. Then the participant will be offered to switch to another camp date, refund or gift card.
Force Majeure
If courses or camps cannot be completed as planned, due to a result of events SNØ has no control over, such as strikes, pandemic, power outages, natural disasters and other conditions described as force majeure, SNØ reserve the right to terminate an agreement without any liability. The customer must be notified immediately and without delay.
Privacy
As a customer of SNØ, you agree to SNØ collecting, storing and processing personal information for the purpose of, among others, managing the customer relationship, optimizing SNØ's offer to customers and ensuring security in the arena. Responsibility
All activity in the arena takes place at your own risk. Through the signature of a course or camp agreement, as well as the purchase of private lessons, the signatory confirms that all participants understand this. SNØ is not responsible for personal injury, theft or other loss of personal property. The customer is responsible for having a valid insurance.
Customer relationship management
The customer is responsible for managing their customer relationship, including keeping personal information up to date. The customer can buy additional products or make other changes in their customer relationship at SNØ via My SNØ. SNØ is not responsible for any errors in information that the customer has registered on My SNØ.
Change of terms
SNØ can change the conditions at any time. In the event of significant changes, the customer must be notified of this in the last two months before the change takes effect. Notice is provided on snø.no, email or in another suitable way.
Right of withdrawal, returns and exchanges
Customers always have fourteen (14) days’ right of withdrawal, under the Cancellation Act LOV-2018-06-15-32 from 01.07.2018. Right of withdrawal form
