Groomer

About the position
As a groomer at SNØ, you will help provide SNØ's customers with world-class snow conditions. You will play a key role in shaping and maintaining conditions on the ski slopes, park, and cross-country tracks. You will also be part of the maintenance team, which involves snowmaking as well as more extensive maintenance outside of opening hours.
We are looking for someone who:
- Is over 18 years old
- Has experience with grooming
- Ideally has experience with snowmaking
- Ideally has experience with machine maintenance
- Can communicate clearly in both Norwegian and English

- Enjoys delivering quality in your work
- Likes identifying and developing the best safety procedures
Tasks:
Not all tasks are 100% defined, as is often the case when creating a year-round snow experience venue. This means that you will have opportunities to grow as SNØ develops. However, to begin with, we envision you taking responsibility for the following:
- Grooming and shaping the alpine area, cross-country trails, etc.
- Assisting with snowmaking
- Maintaining the machinery and groomers
- Logging daily operations
- Other tasks the management deems necessary for daily operations

SNØvert
Job Title: SNØvert - Customer service and event staff

About the position
As a SNØvert, you will play an important role in our customers' first interaction with SNØ. In this role, you will have the opportunity to grow with us as SNØ develops. We are looking for individuals who want to become part of the SNØ family long-term and help shape one of Norway's most innovative and inspiring customer experiences. Together, we will create a service experience that stands out!
We are looking for someone who:
- Is over 18 years old and has a genuine passion for customer service – you love making customers happy and always go the extra mile.
- Has experience from reception, retail, or other customer service roles – you have worked with people and know how to create great customer experiences.
- Speaks fluent Norwegian and has good command of English – you can easily communicate with both Norwegian and international customers.
- Is looking for a long-term part-time job that can be combined with studies or another job – you are looking for an opportunity to gain experience and grow in the role.

Instructors for Alpine, Snowboard, Freeski, and Cross-Country Sought at SNØ
Job title: Instructor
Employment type: On-call/Part-time

About the position
The SNØ Ski School started in October 2020, and due to high demand, we are now looking for more instructors in alpine skiing, snowboarding, freeskiing, and cross-country skiing. With us, you can work as an instructor year-round! We are mainly looking for people who want to work extra on evenings, weekends, and during school holidays.
The ski school aims to inspire more people to engage in activities that bring them joy. As a newly established school, you'll have the opportunity to contribute to building an indoor ski school with year-round activities.
We are looking for someone who has:
- A minimum of completed education as a ski instructor, level 1, from NIG/DNS or similar
- Experience working with people
- A sporty nature and a passion for giving others a safe and enjoyable experience on skis/snowboard
- Good pedagogical presentation skills
- Outgoing personality and able to engage with others
- Responsible and reliable
- Ability to manage a diverse group of people while also being able to see individual needs
Tasks:
You will be part of the SNØ school as an instructor for both children and adults. Typical tasks will include conducting courses for children and adults, schools, tourists, companies, and private lessons.
