About SNØ
SNØ is the world’s only year-round arena where you can experience cross-country skiing, alpine skiing, snowboarding, freeskiing, and ice climbing – all under one roof. Located in Lørenskog, we’re just 17 minutes from Oslo City Center.
In January 2020, SNØ opened its doors in Lørenskog. Located just a stone’s throw from Lørenskog Station, right in the heart of Snøbyen, SNØ is much more than a training facility for professionals. Our goal is to create an experience center for everyone who loves snow – regardless of age or skill level. SNØ is for everyone – whether you're a beginner, a family, or a pro. Here, you can play and explore, try something new, or train what you already know.
SNØ is also a social meeting place – for those with or without skis on. Here, you’ll find leading brands in sports and outdoor lifestyle, as well as experts ready to help you with custom-fitted gear. Inside the SNØ House, you’ll find Anton Sport SNØ, a 2,000 sqm sports universe spread over two floors, offering exclusive brands and a full-service workshop. On the ground floor is one of two Atomic Pro Center in the world.
Ski in/ski out at Thon Hotel Snø
Thon Hotel Snø is located right next to SNØ, giving you a unique opportunity to stay right by the slopes. You can combine a comfortable hotel stay with active days in the slopes. With the hotel's ski in/ski out access, you can simply put on your skis and head straight into the slope. The hotel also offers excellent facilities, including a gym, ski locker rooms, and ski preparation rooms.
Food and drinks
Delicious food and drink are an important part of the skiing experience – and at SNØ, there’s something for every taste. Across several floors with views of the slope, you’ll find everything from a kiosk to cafés and restaurants. On the ground floor, inside the Welcome Centre, our kiosk offers coffee, hot chocolate, and light snacks.
On the second floor, PAASNØ Café and PAASNØ Gastropub serve both simple meals and drinks, as well as traditional and creative dishes made with fresh Nordic ingredients.
On the third floor, Thon Snøfonna Restaurant offers a lunch buffet and group-friendly facilities.

The Slopes at SNØ
At SNØ, you’ll find slopes and trails for all levels – from beginners to experts. Our alpine slopes include a family-friendly run, racing slope, a beginner area, and a park. The cross-country track is a 1 km gently rolling loop with great variety. The park, located in the middle of the slope, features 300 meters of jumps and rails for all skill levels. The beginner are offers a smooth and safe start – the perfect place to try skiing or snowboarding for the first time, for both kids and adults.
