Terms and Conditions – SNØ Restaurant

These terms and conditions apply to customers making a reservation at SNØ Restaurant. By making a reservation, you agree to comply with these terms and conditions.

1. Reservation and Confirmation

A reservation is considered valid once it has been confirmed in writing by SNØ Restaurant via email.

2. Number of Guests

The final number of guests must be confirmed no later than 14 days before the event. This number will form the basis for invoicing.

3. Cancellation

Cancellations must be made in writing to contact@snooslo.no as soon as possible and no later than 14 days before the event.

No charges apply for cancellations made more than 14 days before the event. For cancellations made 14–7 days before the event, 50% of the agreed amount will be invoiced. For cancellations made less than 7 days before the event, 100% of the agreed amount will be invoiced.

4. Changes

Minor changes to the number of guests or menu selections may be made up to 7 days before the event, subject to capacity and availability.

5. Allergies and Dietary Requirements

All allergies and special dietary requirements must be communicated no later than 7 days before the event.

We will do our best to accommodate dietary needs, but we cannot guarantee a completely allergen-free environment, as food is prepared in the same kitchen.

  1. Payment

Companies may be invoiced by prior agreement.

Private individuals must either pay in advance or on the day of the event, as agreed.

The payment term for invoices is 14 days unless otherwise agreed.

  1. Outside Cakes and Decorations

Bringing your own cake or decorations must be agreed upon in advance with SNØ Restaurant.

  1. Liability

The customer is responsible for any damage to inventory or premises caused by their guests.

SNØ is not responsible for personal injury, theft, or any loss of personal belongings. The customer is responsible for arranging any necessary insurance coverage.

  1. Force Majeure

SNØ Restaurant reserves the right to cancel events due to circumstances beyond our control, including illness, power outages, government restrictions, or other unforeseen events.

  1. Exclusive Venue Hire

Bookings with catering for more than 100 guests include exclusive use of the venue.

For groups of fewer than 100 guests wishing to have exclusive use of the venue, an additional venue hire fee will apply.

  1. Management of Customer Relationships

The customer is responsible for managing their customer relationship, including keeping us informed of any updates to personal information.

For changes related to events, customers are requested to contact us by email or telephone.

SNØ assumes no responsibility for errors in information provided by the customer.

  1. Privacy

As a customer of SNØ, you consent to SNØ collecting, storing, and processing personal data for purposes including managing the customer relationship, optimizing SNØ’s services and offerings, and maintaining safety within the venue.

  1. Changes to the Terms and Conditions

SNØ may amend these terms and conditions at any time.

For changes of significant importance, customers will be notified no later than two months before the changes take effect. Notification may be provided on sno.no, by email, or through other appropriate channels.

  1. Acceptance of Terms and Conditions

By booking group activities or an event at SNØ, you confirm that you have read and accepted these terms and conditions.
