Terms and conditions for group activities and events
These terms apply to you when booking group activities or events from SNØ. When you book a group activity or event, you must agree to comply with these terms and conditions.
1. Registration and confirmation
Registration for group activities and events must be made through our website or directly with SNØ. A confirmation of your registration will be sent to the provided email address. It is important that you provide accurate information when registering.
2. Billing and payment
Payment for the activities is made via invoice, unless otherwise agreed. The invoice will be sent after the activity has been completed. All prices are listed in Norwegian kroner, where prices for businesses are excluding VAT, while prices for individuals include VAT.
3. Right of Withdrawal
The purchase of group activities and events at SNØ applies to activities with a fixed date and time.
This means that the right of withdrawal does not apply to this type of purchase, in accordance with the Right of Withdrawal Act §22, letter m.
Instead, the cancellation policies described below apply to these products.
4. Cancellation and Changes for Group Activities
Cancellations must be made in writing to contact@snooslo.no as soon as possible, and no later than 14 days before the event.
For cancellations made later than 14 days before the event, 50% of the total price will be charged.
For cancellations made later than 7 days before the event, 100% of the total price will be charged.
Changes to the booking can be made free of charge up to 7 days before the event. For changes made later than this, costs equivalent to 100% of the event price may apply.
In cases of illness or other serious incidents, exceptions may be made upon presentation of valid documentation, such as a medical certificate.
In the event of no-show or cancellation after the stated deadline, the right to a refund is forfeited, and SNØ will invoice the full amount for the event.
5. Force Majeure
If the planned activity cannot be carried out as anticipated due to events beyond SNØ's control, such as strikes, pandemics, power outages, natural disasters, or other circumstances classified as force majeure, SNØ reserves the right to cancel the agreement without any liability for compensation. The customer will be notified immediately and without delay.
6. Liability
All activities in the arena are carried out at the participant’s own risk. SNØ is not responsible for personal injury, theft, or other loss of personal belongings. The customer is responsible for obtaining any necessary insurance.
7. Management of customer relationship
The customer is responsible for managing their customer relationship, including keeping us informed of updates to personal information. For changes related to events, we ask the customer to contact us via email or phone. SNØ assumes no responsibility for any errors in the information provided by the customer.
8. Privacy
As a customer of SNØ, you consent to SNØ collecting, storing, and processing personal data for purposes such as managing the customer relationship, optimizing SNØ’s offers to customers, and ensuring safety within the arena. For more information about SNØ’s processing of personal data, see the privacy policy available here.
