Terms and conditions for the SNØcastle
These terms and conditions apply to anyone visiting the SNØ Castle at SNØ. By purchasing an entry ticket, you agree to comply with these terms and conditions.
1. Safety and Responsibility
The following safety rules apply to the SNØ Castle:
- All play is at your own risk. Be considerate of others.
- Children must be supervised by an adult.
- Only clean winter boots are allowed. Ski boots are not permitted.
- Food and drinks are not allowed inside the SNØ Castle.
- Climbing is only permitted on the climbing nets/walls. Climbing on the castle walls is prohibited.
- Standing in the ice slides is not allowed.
Violation of the rules may result in removal from the area.
2. Right of Withdrawal for Date-Specific Products
When purchasing admission tickets to SNØborgen, the right of withdrawal does not apply.
Since we reserve capacity for you on a specific date and time, these services fall outside the standard 14-day right of withdrawal, cf. the Right of Withdrawal Act §22, letter m.
3. Privacy
As a customer at SNØ, you consent to SNØ collecting, storing, and processing personal data for purposes such as managing the customer relationship, optimizing SNØ’s services, and ensuring safety within the venue. 4. Changes to Terms
SNØ may update these terms at any time. In the event of significant changes, customers will be notified no later than two months before the changes take effect. Notification will be provided via sno.no, email, or other appropriate means.
