Terms and Conditions for lane booking at SNØ
These terms and conditions apply to all bookings of training lanes at SNØ. By completing a booking, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to comply with these terms and conditions.
Booking and Payment
Booking of slope lanes at SNØ must be made via our website or customer service. The club/responsible booking party must pay the full rental fee at the time of booking. The booking is confirmed once payment has been received.
The rental fee applies to the use of the lanes during the agreed rental period. Lift passes/access to the snow zone for athletes and coaches are not included in the rental fee and must be purchased separately. Use of gates is included in the rental fee.
Use of the lanes
The lane(s) may only be used during the agreed rental period. The club/responsible booking party is responsible for organizing and conducting the training session.
Any setup and dismantling of gates must take place within the rental period, unless otherwise agreed. The area must be left tidy after use.
Right of Withdrawal
Booking of lane rental at SNØ applies to an activity with a fixed date and time.
This means that the right of withdrawal does not apply to this type of purchase, in accordance with the Right of Withdrawal Act §22, letter m.
Instead, the cancellation policies described below apply to this type of booking.
Cancellation and Changes
Cancellations may be made free of charge up to 14 days prior to the scheduled visit date. In the event of cancellation less than 14 days before the visit date, the full rental fee will be charged.
Any changes to a confirmed booking are subject to availability and must be approved by SNØ.
SNØ reserves the right to cancel or modify a booking due to operational requirements, safety considerations, or force majeure. In such cases, the customer will be offered a new date or a full refund of the rental fee paid.
Safety and liability
All activities at SNØ take place at the participant’s own risk. The club/responsible booking party is responsible for ensuring that athletes and coaches comply with applicable safety rules, the SNØ safety guidelines, and any instructions given by SNØ staff.
The club/responsible booking party is responsible for the organization and execution of the training session, and for ensuring that athletes possess the necessary skills to use the slope lane safely.
SNØ is not liable for personal injury, damage to equipment, or loss of personal belongings arising from the use of the lane(s), except where otherwise required by mandatory law.
Privacy
As a customer of SNØ, you agree to SNØ collecting, storing and processing personal information for the purpose of, among others, managing the customer relationship, optimizing SNØ's offer to customers and ensuring security in the arena. Change of terms
SNØ can change the conditions at any time. In the event of significant changes, the customer must be notified of this in the last two months before the change takes effect. Notice is provided on snø.no, email or in another suitable way.
