Training with SnowEye – AI Video Filming
At SNØ, we are proud to be the first in the world to implement a completely new AI solution for alpine skiing. The technology has been developed by the Portuguese company SnowEye and is now installed in our training slope (racing hill).
What is it?
Two 6K cameras cover all four lanes in the race hill simultaneously, and with the help of artificial intelligence, each athlete is automatically recognized, tracked, and filmed. The result is individual videos of all athletes – every run, from top to bottom, with high quality.
This provides both coaches and athletes with a powerful tool for further development, while also saving time and resources in daily training. Norway's top alpine skiers have already tested the solution here at SNØ, and the feedback has been extremely positive.
About Snow Eye
Snow Eye builds on Surf Eye, a technology used by surfers around the world to improve their skills. SNØ is now the first venue where this concept is being applied to alpine skiing.
Booking and prices
All filming must be pre-booked by the club/team that will be training, through our booking system.
Price: NOK 799 per day. Please note: Payment is made when you receive the link to the videos after your session.
