Alpine skiing

Level 1 green - Beginner

Children Through fun and play, you will learn to handle the skis. You get to know the equipment and learn to glide, brake and take your first turns in the beginners area. No need for prior skills, but must manage without parents during the course. The goal during the course is to learn to plow.

Youth/adult We start calm in a controlled environment to create a safe feeling on the skis. You get to know the equipment and learn to glide and brake before you try your first turn. No need for prior skills. The goal during the course is to learn to plow.

Level 2 blue - A little practiced

Children The course for those who know the basics. Can brake and swing in plow in the smallest hill. With fun exercises, we practice swinging, braking and balance in the family slope. We focus on increasing speed control and becoming more independent. We practice on the button lift. The goal during the course is to get from plow to parallel skis.

Youth/adult This is a course for those who know the basics. Can brake and swing in plow in the smallest slopes. We are building on what you already can. We go up the family slopes and train on speed control by focusing on turning, braking and balance. The goal during the course is to get from plow to parallel skis.

Level 3 red - Practiced

Children The level 3 course is for those who have speed control and turn controlled on the family slopes, with paralel skies (mostly paralell skies). Must be able to take the button lift alone. We focus on understanding and using the edges of the skis actively in easier terrain. We will also try slightly steeper terrain in a safer and more efficient way. The aim is to understand and use the edges of the skis to a greater extent than before the start of the course.

Snowboard

Level 1 green - Beginner

Children and adults This is the course for those who are completely new to snowboarding, and it requires no prior skills. In the beginner area, we practice getting to know the snowboard, practice balance and learn to slide on the heel.

Level 2 blue - A little practiced

Children and adults The course is for those who are ready to take the step into the family slopes. Can slide down a hill controlled on the board. In this course, we will create security in the button lift and in larger hills. We practice the transitions from full edge to toe edge so that you can take simple turns, and control the braking technique.

Level 3 red - Practiced

Children and adults The course is for those who now master turns from full edge to toe edge, and turns controlled down the entire family slope. We are practicing to improve the technique to increase speed control. For participants who wish so, we also give a small introduction to the smallest elements of the terrain park.

Freeski

Level 1 green - Beginner

Children and adults You have great skills in skiing and will now expand your skills on jumps and rails with simple tricks. You may have tried a little before with and drive forward on boxes and have jumped on the smallest jumps. During the course you will become more comfortable on rails and jumps, and learn new tricks or improve old ones.

Level 2 blue - A little practiced

Children and adults This is the course for you who are already well acquainted with the park with jumps and rails. You can handle a 180 or maybe a 360 on smaller jumps, and can slide sideways on boxes. The aim of the course is to further develop the skills and break new boundaries.
