What Team Ski Project is a modern training facility located at SNØ in Lørenskog, specifically designed for elite athletes in cross-country skiing and biathlon. Here you’ll find a state-of-the-art Rodby ski treadmill that delivers precise incline, speed, and hill length – ideal for consistent threshold and technique training. The facility also offers mirror and video feedback, providing around ten times more effective technique analysis compared to outdoor coaching. With direct access to SNØ’s snow-covered tracks, transitioning from treadmill to real snow is seamless and efficient.

Price The standard hourly rate for a session is NOK 750. If you wish to include a coach (to operate the treadmill or provide technique guidance), the cost is from an additional NOK 200 per hour. Groups training together can share the cost – making it more cost-effective.
